Summary: We cordially encourage JCCI member companies to send your American and Japanese employees to the “Annual Business Culture Training Program” on Thursday, June 29th. Nearly two months have passed since the beginning of the new fiscal year in April. At this point, most American and Japanese employees have become familiar with their colleagues and accustomed to procedures in your offices. At the same time, some communication and cultural issues may have come up. To address such challenges, we are offering a program that offers American and Japanese employees in-depth training in Communication & Business skills in the morning. Followed in the afternoon by keynote speakers offering career advancement advice and corporate compliance information. After the event attendees will enjoy a special networking reception.
